Why the Name......Fish Kitchen 1854
We often get asked the significance of the 1854 in our name.... well, it comes from the amazing landmark that we are close to in Maesycwmmer, the Viaduct.
Fish Kitchen was thought of by Sam’s Uncle,
Colin Newbery originally from Ystrad Mynach and now residing in Oswestry. Colin was a keen cyclist and railway enthusiast so it all links up quite nicely.
